By 1969 the need for more funding is intensified under the new Parish priest Father Zygmunt Jagielnicki.  

In March 1969, the "Epiphany Church Hall" on Stafford Road, Oxley, Wolverhampton is purchased for 12,000 GBP and a further 4,000 GBP is raised to buy a nearby residence for the Parish priest.  

In February 1971, the Church and Catholic Centre are officially opened.  In August 1971, a blessing ceremony is officiated by Bishop (later Cardinal) Wladyslaw Rubin and the new parish priest Reverend Witold Jarecki.  The new church is named 'The Holy Trinity' and the parish is recognised as 'The Polish Catholic Centre'.

Since then, the centre has become a thriving meeting place for all parishioners and provides a wide spectrum of social and cultural activity.

Organisations using the centre include : Scouts, Drama Society, Choir, Youth Club, Senior Citizens Group, Anglo-Polish Society, Polish School, The Ex-Combatants Society, The Ladies Circle.

Organisations of the Centre hire the hall for dances and celebrations of Polish Festivals.  Facilities include : library, sports section, bar and catering.
